A rich blue shade to subtly lighten the tone, blend a camouflage or unify color modulation on German and other grey vehicles. Also great for adding a cold looking hue over a base coat on all types of vehicles operating in cool cloudy climates. Use in conjunction with filters NL-09 and NL-33 to create contrast between plates for example.
