We deliver from stock
HQ Hobbies prides itself that all items that are advertised as ‘In Stock’, are delivered and shipped from our store’s or warehouse’s stock. We don’t sell based on our wholesalers’ or supplier’s stock or any other virtual inventory.
All items that can be added to the shopping cart through the button “Add to Cart” are available and will generally ship with an order lead time of 1-2 business days. Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.
Although every effort is made to ship your order as quick as possible, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the order processing time changes, HQ Hobbies will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Given the popularity of some products, HQ Hobbies may restrict the number of items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the HQ Hobbies web site. This information is subject to change.
At times, orders may be placed for product beyond what we have in stock due to errors in inventory, or if we sold the same product at the same day in our brick & mortar store. In that eventuality we will contact you directly for information on how you wish to continue. You will always be given the opportunity to cancel your order.
