Mustang completely rebuilt their line in '94, but the approaching new millennium demanded many more changes. The '99 had sleeker lines, the fuel system was more environmentally-friendly and it was the first Mustang with an independent rear suspension system. The '99 kept the 1994's 4.6-liter DOHC V-8 engine and tuned it to produce 320 horsepower. Kit features parts molded in white, red and clear resin with chrome details, detailed 4.6-liter DOHC V-8, detailed rear suspension, separate rear spoiler, factory stock decals and soft black tires.
